Smoothies are a great, substantial liquid meal or snack. You can prepare the ingredients (minus the liquid) in packs in the freezer for convenience. Let your smoothie pack thaw a bit before blending, or you might need a to add more liquid to break up the frozen fruit. Try to make smoothies with ingredients of similar colors so that your smoothie doesn't look like sludge... it will still be great for you, but I find it much more appealing to stick to a color. :)  Also, super cold smoothies are also more palatable thank lukewarm ones. If using fresh ingredients, add a few ice cubes.

1 1/2 cups (360ml) cashew milk

1 frozen banana

1 cup mixed berries

1 cup of baby greens

3 Tbsp shredded coconut

1 Tbsp chia seeds 

2 cups (480ml) coconut water 

1 cup of baby greens

1/2 avocado

3 Tbsp cashews

2 Tbsp coconut milk

2 mangos, peeled and pitted

1 cup (240ml) water

the juice and zest of 1/2 a lemon

1/2" (13mm) stem of fresh turmeric, peeled

1/2" (13mm) stem of fresh ginger root, peeled

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/8 tsp black pepper

1 Tbsp coconut oil (optional)
