I'm so excited to offer these Weekday Meal Prep classes to parents in New York City! These cooking workshops will take place at the wonderful Freshmade NYC Cooking Studio in SoHo. Come and learn how to prepare a few essential meals that can last throughout busy weekdays for you and your family. The foods we make are all plant-strong, made from whole ingredients, and are free of dairy, gluten, and sugar. 

 

This hands-on class offers healthy tips and food ideas while preparing 5 easy meals. Recipes include, but is not limited to: a vegan Creamy Mushroom Soup, Teriyaki Vegetables Tandoori Cauliflower, Thai Green Curry, Ginger Fried Rice, and Bliss Balls.

 

Space is limited for this cooking workshop! Must have a minimum of 6 sign-ups, so ask a mom or dad friend to join in on the fun too!
