FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOUR FOOD* – GROCERY SHOPPING TOUR & MEAL PLANNING
(90-minutes) Learn the secrets of product labels, keep the price down and the best strategies for healthy shopping; Discuss the fundamentals for family meal planning to suit your tastes and needs; Includes a 3-week meal planner, shopping guide and essential tips.
UNPROCESS YOUR FOOD* – PANTRY CLEAN OUT & IN-HOME COOKING LESSON
(3 hours) Groceries must be on hand for the appointment. (Not included in price of lesson)
Reorganize your kitchen, taking note of dietary needs and health goals; Learn the basics of healthy, easy and delicious weekly meal preparation; Includes basic food preparation guidelines and 4-5 recipes.
HEALTHY KIDS ARE HAPPY KIDS*– FAMILY PACKAGE
(4 weekly x 50-minute sessions, plus 1 x 90-minute cooking lesson, groceries not included) Learn to grocery shop, make meal plans, and put together easy healthy foods for weeknight dinners; Reorganize your kitchen, taking note of dietary needs and health goals; Learn the basics of healthy, easy and delicious cooking for the week; Have your kids join the fun in the kitchen and learn how to love new foods; Includes many kid-friendly recipes, tips and tricks

Please note that appointment cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours notice is given, there is a cancellation fee equivalent to one session (for prepaid packages, one session is considered forfeit). This is to ensure your spot in the calendar can be held consistently week to week. Thank you for your understanding.
